Empower "Yes"
Helping distributors say "yes" to quoting custom project applications
As an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), Tuff Automation strives to generate business relationships with other distributors. Since our specialty is providing custom material handling equipment, we've been invited through the doors of numerous distributors to empower them to say "yes" to quoting unique projects that they would have otherwise said "no" to.
With the empowerment of customization provided by Tuff Automation, we've seen our distributors develop completely new niches for their company to allow them to influence new industries. This doesn't only happen because of our ability to provide custom material handling equipment, but rather, it happens because of how we empower distributors to sell projects that require custom equipment.
Here are three ways we empower and enable distributors to sell custom material handling systems.
Stand Proud!
Since the start of our endeavors as a company, we've passionately strived to provide the highest quality equipment possible. Our passion wasn't and isn't based on being able to toot our own horn about how great our equipment is, but something completely different. We want to provide certainty and confidence to our customers.
We understand that purchasing higher magnitude orders can be a stressful process. This even worsens when the purchased product is faulty or doesn't meet a consumer's expectations. We also understand that this stress is heightened when purchasing custom equipment for a unique and unfamiliar application. Distributors use us because they know we will provide certainty and confidence through the quality of our equipment.
I think that is enough. No need to mention how "Tuff" our equipment is.
Here's a Little Twist
When Tuff is being considered as a supplier on a project, distributors invite our engineering team right at the start of the designing process. Our engineers are sought after to provide any addition (twists) that might bring the project to the next level of efficiency and satisfaction. Being so familiar with Tuff Automation equipment, the expertise and knowledge of our engineering team play a critical role in shaping any automation system to its final concept.
With that being said, we empower distributors to say "yes" to projects by backing them with the expertise and insight that is required to sell such custom and complex equipment. We know the equipment and our distributors know the application. Let's make this project come to life!
Who's in The Lead?
In this day and age, we see the high expectations that most companies face when having to redesign or expand their production process. These expectations are usually involving difficult deadlines to be met to keep ROI (return on investment) at a certain level. We understand that.
That is the reason that Tuff Automation's production process is the highest priority when empowering distributors. When we can provide unmatched lead times for custom equipment that can't be found anywhere else, it's the perfect storm!
Distributors can say "yes" to providing a custom project when they know that they empower their end-user to meet tight deadlines, that may have seemed impossible to meet using any other OEM.
Conclusion
Our hope is that we can continue to enable and empower distributors to "Stand Proud" and to say "yes" to providing projects that require "A Little Twist" of customization to stay "In the Lead" of an end user's deadline expectations.
See what I did there?
In conclusion, we would like to leave you with a question. As a distributor or end-user, what are some ways you hope an OEM might empower you to succeed when tackling a project?
