Belt Conveyors
Belt conveyors are primarily used to transport a wide variety of lightweight products or bulk materials. In comparison to other conveyor styles, the stand-out feature of a belt conveyor is its ability to transport lightweight material (<1,000 lbs) a long distance in a short amount of time. Ironically, the belt conveyor is also the most cost-effective style of conveyor given its lack of rollers and motors require per linear foot.
We manufacture a variety of styles of belt conveyors to suit customer specifications. With our design and fabrication abilities, we are able to customize our belt conveyors to divert, present, or tilt products based on the application.
One of our most popular types of conveyors is our V-guided belt conveyor. Unless requested otherwise, all of our belt conveyors will come with a center “V” guide to allow the belt to track straight for long periods of time. This feature cuts down on maintenance time and costs, which also decreases a system’s downtime.
